We are meeting at Dickerman House, across Greenmanville Avenue from the main part of Mystic Seaport.  It is a fairly ordinary looking early 20th century house, with a columned porch which wraps around the front and the right side.

Dickerman House's street address is 72 Greenmanville Avenue (Route 27).  It is at the corner of Rossie and Greenmanville. Those driving directly to Dickerman can turn onto Rossie (you can only turn one direction because Rossie begins at Greenmanville Ave) and then turn immediately right after a row of bushes into a gravel and dirt parking area behind Dickerman (see map below).
